About Us

Hava Industrial PLC is a rapidly growing agro-processing and manufacturing company in Ethiopia, specializing in high-quality edible oils, fats, and related value-added products.

Established in 2011 E.C., the company began as an import trading business before expanding into shortening production in 2012 E.C. By 2014 E.C., Hava had evolved into a fully integrated seed-oil extraction and refining operation.

Today, Hava manufactures a wide portfolio of premium products—including palm oil, soybean oil, sunflower oil, shortening, and ghee—serving both household consumers and industrial clients across Ethiopia, while actively expanding its export capacity.

With modern production facilities located in Dukem, Oromia Region, and its head office in Addis Ababa, Hava has earned a strong reputation for reliability, quality, and innovation in Ethiopia’s food and agro-industrial sector. The company aims to become the leading regional producer of integrated edible oils and fats by 2035.
